In 2018, Post-Quantum collaborated with Avaya to create Identity-as-a-Service – a white-label AWS hosted service for Avaya Mobile Experience, now released as a standalone service, Nomidio.

Post-Quantum used emerging technologies to create an AWS cloud based system where individuals maintain direct control of their own identity attributes and credentials.
Identity as a Service incorporates industry-leading biometrics to authenticate mobile callers, and quantum-resistant encryption to protect every personal detail. Data can only be accessed when multiple parties give their approval, preventing unauthorised access by contact centre staff, as well as blockchain technology to record contact centre interactions, increasing transparency and auditability.
